    Yes. All BoardX instructors are CSIA/CASI certificated.

    We offer training for all levels, from beginners to advanced skiers and snowboarders.
  • How does BoardX ensure safety during the lessons?
    The safety of our students is our top priority. We will provide safety gear if you don't have one. All our instructors are trained in first aid and emergency response, and we follow strict safety protocols at all times.
  • Do I need to be at a certain skill/athletic level to train with BoardX?
    No, you don't need to be at a certain athletic level to train with BoardX. Whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced snowboarder, our instructors are experienced and qualified to provide you with the best instruction to help you reach your goals. Always ensure to communicate your thinking, feeling and goals to the instructors so they can provide training/instructions that suits your needs.
  • Do you offer any discounted packages?
    We do offer discounted packages. Please refer to the Packages page for more details.
  • How can I sign up for a class/session?
    You can sign up for our classes through our website or by contacting us directly. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you with the registration process.
  • How old does my child have to be to enroll in children's lessons?
    Our programs are open to individuals of all ages above 3.
  • Do I have to make a deposit to sign up?
    To secure a spot in any of our training sessions, a full deposit of the total fee is required at the time of booking.
  • Does BoardX offer adult sessions/programs?
    Yes, we offer specialized programs/sessions for children, teens, and adults.
  • What should I do after signing up for a lesson at BoardX?
    After signing up, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your booking. Please review these details carefully, including date, time, and any specific instructions regarding gear or preparation.
  • Do you provide equipments or should I bring my own?
    No, we don't provide equipments. You should bring your own.
  • How do I know the meet-up details after I sign up for a session?
    Once you've signed up for a session, we will send you a confirmation email containing all the details you'll need, including meeting time, location, and the instructor's name. This email will also contain important information about what you need to bring and how to prepare for your session.
  • Can I choose my instructor?
    While we do our best to accommodate individual preferences, assignments are typically based on availability, skill level, and the specific needs of the student.
  • What's the cancellation & rescheduling policy?
    To receive a complete refund, kindly inform us of your cancellation at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled lesson. If you request a cancellation within 48 hours of the lesson, you will be refunded in half. Rescheduling requests are always accepted up to 12 hours before your scheduled lesson. We do not offer refund/reschedule option for weekly group class.
  • How can I prepare for my first lesson at BoardX?
    Before your first lesson, ensure you have all necessary equipment and dress appropriately for the weather. If you are a beginner, try to familiarize yourself with basic terms and safety rules for skiing or snowboarding.
  • What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my lesson?
    If the weather is deemed unsafe for skiing or snowboarding, you can either reschedule your lesson or request a full refund. We monitor weather conditions closely and will notify you of any changes as soon as possible.
  • What kind of progress can I expect to make after one lesson at BoardX?
    The progress you make can vary depending on your prior experience, fitness level, mental awareness and individual learning pace. However, after one lesson, most beginners gain a basic understanding of skiing or snowboarding and can perform simple maneuvers.
  • I've completed my lesson at BoardX. What's the next step to further improve my skills?
    We recommend booking a series of lessons for the best progression. Consistent practice is key to improving your skills. We also offer advanced lessons and specialty clinics for those looking to refine specific techniques.
  • Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied with my lesson?
    We strive to provide the highest quality instruction. If you're not satisfied with your lesson, please reach out to our customer service to discuss your concerns. Refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis.
  • How can I give feedback on my experience at BoardX?
    We value your feedback. After your lesson, we will follow-up with a feedback survey. Alternatively, you can share your thoughts directly with our instructors.
